ask you about um labels <.>n now that we've got this this thing <{1><[1>list <&>15:00 done up um i notice that kathryn must have on her original listing she made <{2><[2>must have set them up like this <[1>mm <[2>yeah yeah and i think isn't it can't you photocopy this onto labels or <{1><[1>something which would save save time of doing envelopes <{2><[2>word <[1>what you <.>sh yeah <[2>yeah what you can do is where is it i think cos we have got somewhere i don't know whether it's in this one or the other one is you type it onto a piece of paper <,> um <{><[>like yeah just like that <[>just onto a just in that format yeah you actually type it rather than well i'll show you word be able to show on a computer mm i guess so we'll give it a go on the computer and on the typewriter can't do it computer we'll do it typewriter but what you do is <.>y you can get labels and you can just photocopy them off onto it yeah it looks this looks like the mac though doesn't it mm <{><[>yes <[>tut so she must have started it off yeah <&>16:00 somewhere and i just thought well maybe well i was thinking of doing it in the long run anyway but um voc it meant i guess the sooner we get it has it been now well has he ordered this stuff um he was waiting on a um portable hard drive he's waiting on this to get <.>t er to show me how it works and all this so show that so <.>yo he's going to show you how it works before you can use before he's ordered it um well probably really well er we've basically decided that's what i'm <.>wa the one i'm going to get and that's how much it costs that comes with it you don't have to worry about that either because remember i can copy it off onto your computer now that you've got that thing but <.>that <{><[>you've paid for the licence though or whatever it is <[>you know <.>that yeah that <{><[>that licence can enable you to use those disks <[>yeah yeah right well i'll show that to justin when <.>tha that <{><[>licence <.>sh <[>when we get going yeah but but but the list we would want would would cover all these people mm so i mean do you want to have a go or play around or see if you can find this one and <.>jus just update it faculty <[>agendas no but we still need them on a disk on a label yeah file so um why are they members of the faculty alice um exhales well they're er teaching development centre er isor christie's going to come in um she's <{><[>involved in a science and mathematics unit <[>is <.>sh she's coming in there <.>t <.>wh is she <.>c <.>wh <{1><[1>when when we say coming in is she coming INto <{2><[2>the department <[1>probably <[2><.>sh er yeah at some stage and locality as well er i guess so where where where yeah yeah er tut yeah well that's what the last departmental meeting was all about oh <{><[>oh and issues <[>and these these are um student reps right <&>19:00 in the faculty and just the the big bods mm mm i'll tell you what the college have got a lot of people haven't they yeah well they're <{><[>actually looking to get more <[>do you have to deal with them all well <{><[>yes sort of well there's um most of these people are primary people and there's only one or two <[>really secondary er no early childhood oh so they they're looking to get more people oh right um but then all all these are all exec people yeah down to about kay white i think and then from richard down they're all mm mainly primary or <{><[>other areas <[>how do you find working with um richard um not too bad not too bad yeah he's you know he tries really hard to get to get all this up and going and that's good mm that's good that's not too bad i used to cringe every time i talked to him on the phone oh yeah well you used to drive me bonkers yeah everybody's different laughs true mm
