there and he just threw the photo album in my lap <,> of the wedding oh yeah <,> <{><[>far out <[>about two weeks after it oh right and they're all going <,> oh doesn't so doesn't she look beautiful and doesn't he look lovely and doesn't little elizabeth look wonderful their daughter oh right i'm going <,> yeah great <{><[>laughs <[>yeah okay where was i supposed to be in all of this laughs yeah you know and he didn't even know dad had a son <,,> and we were chatting away blah blah blah yeah and we got onto the first marriage when my mum <&>5:00 my mum they were married <,> the guy said to him well what did you get out of that marriage sort of thing you know mm and er he goes <.>t a son and dad <.>g oh <.>th this guy goes <,> oh really how old is he <{1><[1>laughs and dad winks at me <,,> <{2><[2>and he got freaked out he goes oh wow he just buzzed out for about five minutes <[1>laughs <[2>laughs really yeah he said he thought i was his brother <,,> i was dad's brother <{1><[1>which is what a lot of people assume <{2><[2>even when we were <[1>wow <[2>yeah cos he looks quite young even when i was about ten or eleven <,> um <,,> go around like we went to fiji <{><[>they thought we were brothers over there everywhere we went and when we went to um <,> when i worked with dad here well <,> i was at school it was was the holidays and he was putting up aerials for my uncle <[>yeah yeah on t vs and er all the places we went to it was good because like a lot of them were old ladies we were fixing aerials yeah they'd give <,> you you know lollies and stuff like this they thought everyone thought i was his brother <,> again amazing eh mm <,> like with mum it's the the same go to the pub and um i go up to mum and <&>6:00 her friends if i see them there oh yeah how's it going and then she'll introduce me this is my son dean and everyone sort of goes what what yeah cool yeah it's quite funny that'd be grouse <,> that happened to donny at school once <,> um his parents went to parent teacher night oh yeah and mister knowles came up and said cos donny was with them mm mister Knowles came up to them and said oh so you're donny's older brother and sister laughs and they said no we're his parents because like <,> um his mum had him when she was seventeen yeah same so yeah mum was about sixteen yeah so yeah well it's funny <,,> mum was twenty <,,> twenty one when she had no twenty when she had word cos i word now i mean i'd have <.>a if i was mum i'd have <,> a four or five year old kid now <,,><&>3 if it was dad i'd have just had one oh my god cos he was twenty <&>7:00 isn't it amazing to think laughs <{><[>it's unbelievable eh you sort of think <,> having to be responsible <[>i couldn't handle <,> having a sprog running around yeah that responsible eh i mean i have problems being responsible for myself let alone somebody else i reckon i'm trying to change laughs my new leaf word got to get fit <,> can't get fit now all the time can you no oh <,> although cos like i've been drinking quite a bit in the past few weeks it started at this bout of twenty firsts and <{><[>now i just can't keep away from the stuff and um <,,> it's just i i haven't put on any weight <[>mm mm and i think i've actually lost weight but i think it's because <.>i i'm always dancing <{><[>laughs and it's aMAZing <[>yeah i also find that when i've been drinking i don't eat as much yeah that's true tut and er i sort of can't eat like <,,> you know especially on a saturday or sunday when <&>8:00 you have lunch about yeah nine eh so late yeah nine at night and er <,> and you don't eat the next morning cos you're hung over and you can't eat breakfast yeah laughs and you tide over lunch and then you just manage to get through tea yeah and then i'd eat a lot on tuesday and <.>thurs oh tuesday through to thursday i eat a lot yeah and then i don't eat so i just stopped that and started eating right through the week mm <,> i've got to stop eating all through the week see i've i'm starting to get flabby round here now well <{1><[1>flabby that's not even flabby it's you know it's not flab <{2><[2>it's just <,> i haven't been playing soccer you see <[1>that's from the er beer laughs <[2>no yeah mm so i'm just starting yeah blob out a bit i am because of the stupid books <,> every time i start studying i start going voc oh <.>that's slowly but surely and i keep thinking no don't eat but just when you're reading it's so boring that you have to have something beside you just to sort <.>of laughs and it's <&>9:00 always <{><[>food <[>i sleep when i read laughs oh i have been lately it's just putting me to sleep it's shocking mm mm i couldn't handle doing <,> a lot of reading never have been <{><[><,> cos when i was at school i <.>was <[>i've done the most reading now than i ever have when i was at school i thought oh reading you know yeah rather do accounting and maths <.>and mhm <,,> i always um <,> liked english reading novels and stuff <,> but when it comes to like history and stuff like that if i'm interested in it it's okay but if i'm not <{><[><,> like politics <,> oh <,> boRING and law <[>yeah mm voc well i got to read the crimes act oh yuk i got to learn the crimes act yeah word i've got a book at home i got given from a guy at work aha and er <,,> i'm starting to get <.>in into the rhythm of it <{><[>it's just understanding the language <[>yeah yeah and er the other <.>d night we were having a debate um so i got this crimes act out laughs and started reading through it and i actually understood what i was reading <&>10:00 because i actually knew a bit about it aha you know from from <{><[>practical <[>starting to register yeah so um mm <{><[>cool <[>so i'm starting to understand it yeah my uncle um he's sort of sergeant in the m o t yeah he's just i remember he used to live here with us <{1><[1>and he just had folders upon folders upon folders of all these crimes acts <{2><[2>and um he used to go into <,> court all the time <[1>yeah <[2>mm yeah and just <,> i don't know and he knew SO MUCH <.>that yeah sometimes he'd get lawyers stuffed yeah yeah <{><[>did he <[>cos he just knew so much he knows more about a certain part of it yeah <{1><[1>all of the acts all of the vehicle laws and stuff <{2><[2>yeah <[1>word <.>i if he dealt with it two or three times <[2>yeah and this is all that comes up is sort of especially word mm and sort of oh yeah <{><[>blah blah <[>yeah <,> exactly <,> so it's cool but he used to drop us off at school um when i was in sixth form oh yeah and like he's in a mufti car <&>11:00 yeah and we'd carey and i'd hop out the car and he'd put the siren on oh no <{><[><,> embarrassing <[>just to say goodbye yes he did <{1><[1>it on purpose <,,> and he used to like um <,> walk laughs this is where i got it from and um we used to walk along the street like in the hutt and he'd start going <,,> while he was walking along the street especially if we saw a friend laughs and like <{2><[2>don't don't you're embarrassing me <[1>embarrassing <[2>oh no oh and and he said <{1><[1>that's why i'm i'm doing it laughs <{2><[2>it was so funny and he used to like <,> just attack me <,> tickle <{3><[3>and <.>it <.>it <.>it hurt so much that it <{4><[4>tickled because he'd just dig right into my ribs and right into my knees really really hard and i'd just be screaming and laughing <,> he was really cool <&>12:00 <[1>god <[2>oh i'd hate that eh <[3>yeah yeah <[4>yeah yeah tim's mum used to grab me and tickle me <,> used to like just grab me <,> word swear or anything you know yeah one time at a house warming party <,> for our <,> cos we got a new house out at harbour view which the <{1><[1>parents made <,> word so they pay us a little bit <{2><[2>of the mortgage because it went a lot dearer than what they thought <[1>yeah <[2>oh right <,> yeah yeah so rather than just have the house built and the grounds taking a long time to <,> get into shape yeah landscaping they decided to um <,> move out for two years yeah and pay off a lot of the <.>mor you know especially just so <{><[>are they renting it out <[>to get the landscaping done yeah so the people who own macdonalds in the hutt actually rent <{1><[1>word they got two kids <{2><[2>and a canary <[1>oh really <,> wow <[2>mm both laugh er yeah so it's a shame actually cos it's a really nice house yeah oh well that's the way it is oh well <{1><[1>you're gonna <,> they're gonna be in there <{2><[2>eventually <[1>oh well it's been done <[2>so <,> if they move back in like next year i'll move probably back in home really because then i'd have my own room <{><[>back <&>13:00 <.>and yeah <[>oh yeah <,> yep it's good if <{><[><.>like <[>word people yeah sorry it's good if like they've got a separate like granny flat or something for you or <{1><[1>just even like a downstairs part for you <{2><[2>that's all yours <[1>mm <[2>yeah what they had was see they have a dining room yeah with all the nice fancy table and that for sort of ten grand <.>it's oh the lounge suite cost about the <.>s even more <{1><[1>it's all this fancy old wooden shape with pink <{2><[2>brushed velvet type thing you know <.>that that sort of thing and um then they had the other room which is the two couches i've got at my place the two two seaters <[1>yeah <[2>oh yuk no forget it laughs mm they were in that room that's more the t v room right and the kitchen and that my room upstairs was just in just up the stairs and theirs was down further so it wasn't so bad when i come home mm didn't wake them up oh right and we had three toilets <,,><&>3 it's funny eh one for each person they had one downstairs one upstairs by itself <{><[>and one upstairs in the bathroom <[>yeah oh right <&>14:00 <.>don't don't know why they <.>w they had the one upstairs by itself i couldn't work that out yeah only three of us living there so <.>there's yeah no she said mainly that one was the one i'd use at night cos they had it was an en suite <{><[>i don't <[>oh yeah so that's probably why yeah i don't think there was any noise when i came home laughs how do YOU know you were probably DRUNK laughs <{><[>word <[>mm i was a lot drunk yeah a lot then <,> cos er <&>break in tape so i used to when i used to go out i'd go down to paul's and i'd buy a dozen and drink it down at paul's yeah if i couldn't be by myself <,,> i'd go to the pub even just on monday nights go down the pub because i you know didn't want to be by myself yeah which <,> you know <,> look back on it <{><[>now mum <.>said or i see it's pretty you know i said to myself <,> crazy <[>sad yeah laughs <&>15:00
