and learn you certainly do yeah you come along yeah makes you sick enough times and <,> but it's funny cos clara and i are going through this stage now that everyone went through in fifth form laughs oh yeah yeah because we just never went through it and now we're twenty one and we've never been through it revised youth eh so we're just going MAD well we have been for the <.>past <,> all the twenty firsts and that mm i mean <,> i just got OFF my face at jody's i can barely remember it yeah i was pretty out of it <{><[>too <[>i just remember seeing you there and you getting me wines and um then talking to duncan at the flat and then all the rugby league guys arriving and then before i knew it i was in the arms of one of them thinking <,,> voc laughter <&>16:00 everyone going where's donny where's donny oh i know where's donny oh that just happened so much <&>16:08 <&>16:19 yeah i know and that's why i got <.>s <,> that's one of the reasons why i split up with him too because i was so sick of being <,> his <,> missus and his WIFE wife <{><[>laughs <[>and things like that <{><[>eh <[>douglas and stan are bad for that <{1><[1>especially especially douglas i think <{2><[2>there's his wife yeah <{3><[3>there's sharie ellis the wife <{4><[4>tracey worth the wife <[1>oh <[2>uhuh <[3>oh <[4>yeah although <{><[>with me it was a bit different because voc only the <.>r rugby guys who knew him first really <,> used that <[>it's just a term though they use mm but all of my friends like you guys and that would just say oh where's donny or where's the other half to ME not HIM <{1><[1><,> and <&>17:00 like he was my other half <{2><[2>and i wasn't his other half <[1>oh right <[2>yeah yeah and that was quite groovy i liked that laughs <{><[>laughs <[>laughs confusing power struggle oh yeah <&>break in tape i don't really associate with the rest of the guys that much word because um <,,> i don't know word a lot <,> but um yeah do you see him any more i saw him at dave smith's twenty first oh yeah cos i voc i hadn't spoken to stephen or him for a long time yeah both came up both came up to me and <.>apo sort of <,> made their peace i wasn't <.>gonna i just stayed quiet yeah saw ken word turned the other way and started talking to some other people aha and he came up to me and said sam last's by himself and he goes word oh right oh usual story and then er <,> stephen did the same at the end of the night oh so by the end i didn't that was when i didn't really give a shit <{><[>anyway <[>yeah yeah <&>18:00 coughs <,> and then the cheeky shit rang me the other day oh really laughs she did why thought i told you <{><[>i think <[>oh that's right yeah yeah to bleed me for information laughs who about donna <,> i saw her <.>e oh her boyfriend whatever he is yeah with some bird and <{><[>i told stephen so stephen <[>oh right yeah must have said something to beth so she just rang up the other day oh god <&>break in tape? word <{><[>yeah <[>oh she only rings me when she <.>bloody wants something yeah ha ha yeah so now don't give a shit good <{><[>laughs <[>it's quite yeah i'm quite happy actually mm now it's just a matter of settling down see i'm into this routine of going out from thursday till sunday yeah and it's just you know well what am i doing today <{><[>word <[>well i think most people get into it when they're working mm mm because you've got the money well not <{><[>necessarily <[>well i haven't even got the <.>mo <.>y see i've <&>19:00 i've blown a lot of money on silly things like <,> you know you go out and spend i mean going out for tea with you i mean that was something less constructive than going out for tea and having you know something to eat AND drink yeah but <{><[>you know it's voc something to do you know it was sort of more <[>yeah mhm normal for people of <,> this age bracket or yeah whereas <,> usually voc yeah i reckon you feel <{><[>civilised for a change <[>things things i was doing things i was doing when i was eighteen <.>s you know <.>six <.>six seventeen yeah donny um <,> when he rang <,> oh <,> i rang him on sunday because he wanted me to ring him like once a week <,> and he'd rung me on last saturday sunday monday <{><[>tuesday <[>oh yeah so i rang him on sunday just to see how things were going and um <,> like he wasn't home that was <{1><[1>sunday morning and i just said oh yeah okay never mind laughs <&>20:00 and he rang me back sunday night and i was still wasn't i wasn't home then <{2><[2>so i rang him back again and um <,> i don't know whenever i talk to him on the phone he just <,> i say oh well i better go you know and you know usually the other person will say yeah okay then we'll see you he goes oh okay <[1>oh right <[2>oh right yeah i used to do that eh laughs this is quite funny laughs <{><[>laughs <[>i used to do that yeah and just sort of leave it like that in silence and try and drag it out as long <{><[>as he can <[>yeah yeah you go and say oh oh okay oh yeah by the way um yep <,> yep or oh did so and so did you see what's her face did you see what's his name or something like that <{><[>you know <,> laughs <[>yep <,> but most of the time he just leaves it in silence <,> and just sort of sits there and goes um <,> and i go what laughs <{><[>laughs <[>and he goes <,> oh nothing you got to go and i just go yeah i do and then he says oh <{1><[1>you know so um one day night i just <&>21:00 said to him LOOK every time we speak now you just spend about five minutes in silence at the end of the phone call like you WANT to say something but you can't and he said voc yeah i do and i said well just SAY it for god's sakes <{2><[2>and he said no no no <[1>that <[2>laughs and then he's silent again and <.>i oh forget it then and i went <{><[>laughs but um yeah and then he rang me on monday night <,> and <,> said that he didn't go to any lectures until thursday spent three days in bed just cos he felt like it <[>laughs laughs sound familiar laughs no <{><[>and <[>no cos i have my mum on my back <,> <{><[>get to work <[>yeah <&>break in tape day off yeah crook she said oh you're not bloody worrying about her again are you <{><[>mm <[>cos when i was seeing emma mum liked her but afterwards word really does she like melissa <&>22:00 she <,> she she always liked melissa actually yeah mm well i can see how she would laughs <{><[>i mean melissa gets along with most people <[>yeah yeah oh well melissa was all right then <{><[>just seemed to be sort of after that she <,> bombed out a bit <,,> which was quite funny because i was always <,> scared of her type thing you know i didn't i didn't say boo or laughs you know <[>yeah laughs and then um <,> then while i was going out with her it was <,> you know well the guy usually says what you do <,> <{><[>either we're going so and so or we're going here <[>yeah yeah because well i used to say it because <.>sh she never came up with anything if she did well then i'll do it yeah and then um <,> her mum went through that <.>s stage where she didn't like me mhm <{><[>this <[>i think all mothers <{><[>go through that <[>this guy from aussie came over though yeah that's right she was writing to him or something wasn't she yeah well <{><[>they were they sort of first <.>t together type thing you know <[>or oh right and um it was a friend of the family oh <{><[>okay <[>the guy came over and he to visit cos he went to visit some family over here and that <&>23:00 aha and er i didn't like him at first <,> it sort of freaked me out and <{1><[1>then er it was okay i got on with him all right first few times i met him <,> chatting away and then er <,> like he gave her little brother shit <{2><[2>and like this and then a few other things happened and what melissa's mother expected was for me to take off for a couple for a couple of weeks while he was here <[1>yeah <[2>oh right yeah and just leave melissa alone <{><[>laughs <[>yeah and then she oh then <.>sh her her carrie plug <{1><[1>and that guy were mucking round and then i was sitting there and they threw a a er pillow and it hit this vase <,> she had two vases and it broke and it cracked and had a big mark you <{2><[2>know word <[1>yeah <[2>oh really yeah and i got blamed for it and i was sitting there so i didn't go up there and then when the first time when i sort of got back to seeing the <.>fam her family was <{><[>when i went to that twenty first <[>yeah oh right <,> oh <{><[>that was the end of fifth form wasn't it <[>yeah yeah bob called me over word called me some some name damien he didn't like damien or me <&>24:00 <{><[>laughs used to give us shit <[>laughs yeah <{><[>oh he gives everyone that <[>i didn't really didn't yeah i don't think it was acting like he was sort of yeah so me and damien were standing there trying to get him back laughs <{><[>war of words <[>he he used to give donny heaps when he came round here um <,> he like we'd be sitting on the couch and he'd say look <,> that couch is long enough for four people why are you two sitting in the <{1><[1>middle of it you move <{2><[2>laughs and you get over there <{3><[3>and i said NO and um he just used to give him heaps and stuff and then when he found out that i'd broken up with him <[1>laughs <[2>yeah <[3>yeah mm he said oh hear you've given donny the old hea <.>ho heave ho and i said yeah well he said why <{><[>laughs and i thought CRIKEY this is unusual <[>laughs yeah <{><[>i bet you <[>he said oh he's a nice guy i said yeah i know he's nice he's very nice <{1><[1>laughs but um i might as well get married if i'm gonna stay with him <,> for more than three years and he said yeah that's true <{2><[2>you want to have fun don't you and i said yep and then <{3><[3>he said yep good on you <&>25:00 laughs so cos heather will probably get married sooner or later <[1>laughs <[2>laughs <[3>oh he's great oh we'll all get married sooner or later <{><[>word laughs <[>well she's hoping for sooner i think <{><[>cos i went to do you <.>ha did you ever meet mary sue <[>yeah <{><[>no <[>no she was one of heather's best friends and when i started going out with heather and her friends um <,> we were like a group of four of us and we just all went out we had a cool time emma had a um coughs little yellow morrie <{1><[1>and um it had black and grey polka dot seats laughs <{2><[2>and we were all in our shorts and <.>t shirts and we'd cruise around to eastbourne <{3><[3>and get sixty four cents worth of petrol to <{4><[4>get us home and stuff and um oh it was so funny all of our small change we had so much fun but now mary sue's engaged <&>26:00 <[1>right <[2>laughs <[3>oh yeah <[4>oh what oh right so um went to her engagement <,> heather was just sort of <,> dragging it down all the time mary sue rang rang us all to tell us that she was engaged and heather said oh <,> why <{><[>sort of thing just because she wasn't first <[>laughs oh yeah so i like there's heaps of big jealousy thing going on there at the moment oh yeah i don't know they've got their lives underway they've got their careers all set up so i don't see why they shouldn't really oh careers yeah <,> reminds me i've got to get fit laughs <{><[>laughs <[>laughs i want to do it eh it's just i've got to get myself motivated yeah well how long have you got till oh i can any time after this this month i can reply mm but i'll probably start trying to get <&>break in tape as possible <,> but i think like i had the flu last couple of weeks <{><[>and that so i didn't really feel like doing anything physical and then last couple of weekends i've been a bit naughty <&>27:00 <[>yeah <{><[>yes <[>so this week um <,> yeah i've got this twenty first to go to on saturday night yeah and then <,> out training go to the gym something like that <,> i got to eat heaps cos when i don't eat i don't feel very fit or very strong at all aha <{1><[1>it's it takes your system down you know <,> <{2><[2>just sort of <,> voc <{3><[3>no motivation <[1>mm <[2>yeah <[3>yeah <&>27:23
