no <.>but but word <{><[>word be okay <[>the thing's best in my life is that duvet the best thing i ever invested in well duvet on both beds <.>but mm it's marvellous all i ever have on all winter is just the duvet and i've had <.>that er just my sheet polyester sheet and i've had that er polyester <{><[>bedspread <[>mind you this is a nice warm little place <{><[>really <[>oh yes <{1><[1>yeah inhales there're a few nights in the <.>m when we had those really really frosty nights i HAVE put that on but really for my breathing <{2><[2>more than anything <,> but er haven't had it on very much <.>lik not like all night or anything <[1>voc <[2>but that's sensible yeah well i want to get one like that for <.>my the room i use as a <.>stu as a study at home <{><[>because um <,> tut i've got a two bar heater in there that only one bar works off laughs but also um apparently those are cheaper to run <[>yeah are they? <{><[>oh well never mind <[>than the <.>two than the bar heaters <&>12:00 mm well my <{><[>er <[>and <.>i'm <.>i the rest of my heaters are all gas and i get a bit mingy about using electricity for heaters that i <{1><[1>really need to use in that particular room <,> so i thought i might try and get a <{2><[2>little fan heater for in <{3><[3>there when i'm working <[1>yeah <[2>well <.>my <[3>i'm not a <.>r and as i sort of say i don't USE a lot of heaters BUT um my bill <.>s seems to be the cheapest of anyone's yes well <.>i plenty of hot water though <{><[>you know <[>really need to use a heater when i'm sitting and working because i find that i get very cold <{><[>when i just sit still at the computer for hours <[>oh oh well just sitting you do well if I'M sitting for any length of time either i'm in here and it's like <.>a <{><[>a sun bar isn't it mm <[>word yeah or or <{><[>i'm in bed <[>it's a lovely place oh <.>i'm yeah <{1><[1>i'm thrilled with it i mean you know laughs a porirua pensioners house but i wouldn't swap it for <{2><[2>anyone <[1>yeah <[2>oh it's lovely well it's one of <.>the it's on the end it's got a nice outlook and i haven't <{><[><.>people <[>apart from the weeds at the end of the garden there but i mean even <.>tho <.>y you don't you don't notice <{><[>much <.>but <[>and i have a man to wave to every day when he goes out in his car <{><[>laughs <[>laughs but it IS it's really <{><[>pleasant <[>oh it is isn't it <{><[>it <.>c yes it could be one hang of a lot worse no i think raelene had <,> a <,> a good point when she said this is where she wanted but i mean you never get where you want and i did <[>great place <&>13:00 oh <.>d when they were applying <{><[>for it? <[>when she was applying for a place she said where you need to be mum is suffolk place BUT i'll tell you what <{><[>the <.>s IN suffolk place it's one of the best <[>did she how did she know about suffolk place though oh well she used to go and take the golden oldies to <.>th where i go on a wednesday oh i <{1><[1>see and some of them used to come back up here <{2><[2>to drop you off <[1>to cards <[2>and she <.>s oh will newton and those oh right used to go and she often took THEM yeah course they're too old now and of course she said that's where i'd like and we walked into old what was his name? fellow barr? and she said oh i want a place for my mother and i'd like inhales somewhere suffolk place would be my CHOICE and he put his hand up and handed the keys laughs that's just luck voc well it was <{><[>more than luck <[>and i remember turei and i came round and did all the gardens yes yes and planted you a little garden <{><[>with everything in a row <[>yeah i know yes and anyway he um <,> we came <&>14:00 up here and of course it <,> oh it was terrible oh yeah it just smelt of animal urine and there was also <.>ev as far as a cat or a dog or whatever it was <{1><[1>could reach up <.>the oh and the floor was terrible and everything and i said to <.>maisie i couldn't live <.>in said to <.>ro laughs to raelene i couldn't LIVE in THAT and so we went back and she said to the man oh my <.>mother oh the woman at the counter oh no it's FAR too dirty and the woman said oh good enough for the inspectors i can still hear <{2><[2>her it may be good enough for the inspectors but it's not good enough for MY mother laughter <[1>scratch word <[2>laughs and then they did all this to it well see then when i bought that house of mine the bedroom that kiwa sleeps in <{1><[1>THAT had a VERY strong <{2><[2><,> smell <[1>mm <[2>i didn't know yeah well how did you get it out <{><[>then <[>i used nil odour oh and um i thought even it could've been a gas leak you <{><[>know it was really <.>pun oh terrible smell <[>yeah it was as bad <.>a yeah well this <.>r like this <{><[>room particularly <[>and i got the gas board <&>15:00 to come and check and they did a check and they said no there's no leaks <,> and so <{1><[1>then we worked out that it must have been the same problem they must have had cats in that <{2><[2>room <[1>mm <[2>well yes but they must've had them in <{><[>here all the time <[>they <.>must've and they must've lived with the smell that's what's <.>even oh i <{><[>couldn't believe it <[>and i then used a whole bottle of <{><[>nil odour in that room and it's never come back you know? <[>clears throat yeah no so it must be good stuff it neutralises them apparently it doesn't just MASK the <{><[>smell it actually neutralises the smell <[>no mm <{><[>voc when i <.>came <[><.>and and that wardrobe in kiwa's room it had <.>a a crayon message on the wall saying i hate mum laughs oh yeah inside that wardrobe it was there for a long time actually i don't think i took it off laughs for <.>a oh you know <.>y <{1><[1>i mean word somebody's little kids had written in <{2><[2>pencil i <.>h i hate <{3><[3>mum <[1>yes yes oh <[2>yeah <[3>mum oh how gorgeous <{><[>inhales probably thought mum never went there laughs <[>laughs or probably <{><[>knew that mum DID <[><.>mum's laughter wanted to get the message across without voicing it yeah so when i came back in and they'd done it up i couldn't <{1><[1>believe my luck <{2><[2>and i <.>put <[1>yeah <[2>rubbish bag blue remember the <{><[>rubbish bag blue bathroom <[>tut oh i'll <&>16:00 never forget ria <,> er hera hera she walked in and she said <,> oh shit rubbish bag blue laughs like in THOSE days women never said shit laughs oh i was <.>absolutely we laughed and laughed and laughed and that's why i always wanted this white mm and then <.>wh i was SO disappointed <{><[><.>when <[>when they did it that beige colour they did yes <.>when voc <{><[><.>because <[>i think they were trying to cover the blue voc <{><[>without using four coats yeah <[>well they didn't <.>bec yeah and <.>they they didn't still didn't work mm yeah anyway and you <{><[>know <.>and <[><.>i it was better than rubbish bag blue oh it was better <{1><[1>than rubbish bag blue but i'm really pleased with it now <{2><[2>except for all the other little blues they make <.>but <[1>laughs <[2>yeah what voc in the bathroom? well you know when they wouldn't change the cistern yeah tut and then three weeks after they painted it they changed the cistern so they've left <.>white it needs white paint <.>ha haven't you noticed no <,> <{><[>well <[>anyway it was a square <{1><[1>cistern and now yeah and now it could do with er tut <&>17:00 <{2><[2>just a <.>dab just a dab of paint white paint under you know behind it'll have to be cream if it's not done before it discolours <[1>well you know MY place <[2>repainting of the cistern yeah <{><[>oh it is silly that <.>they're <[>voc but the shower's the best thing i ever ever had well I wouldn't mind putting in a shower like that in MY place though i must admit it is handy having a bath cos stephen came up to my place to have a bath when he was up because raelene hasn't <{><[>got any baths <[>yes well see i think rosie might do the same thing cos she LOVES a bath <{><[>but I like a shower voc i'm not one to <[>yeah mm to er take <{><[>time in the bathroom <[>occasionally i like to just sit in the bath mm and just relax mm VERY occasionally <{><[>so it's quite nice having it there and good if you've got kids in the house <[>i suppose it's good for you but i <.>love mm oh <{><[>yes <.>little yes <[>you know just <.>to to give the kids a bath yeah but um <,> in that little tiny bathroom that I'VE got which would be smaller even than yours yeah i would say so yeah voc i haven't got a loo in mine that's what makes <.>it <,> yeah yeah um it would be <{><[>um <[>to me anyone building should put those showers in because i mean sure they're great for elderly people <&>18:00 great for anybody but to ME kids break their legs young men have accidents at football voc women fall off stools it's <.>not no <{1><[1>i think word a lot of modern houses have got a corner shower LIKE <{2><[2>that and they'll also have a bath in the room as well and they've just got a plughole down in the floor <[1>and nobody <.>has OH i think most <.>peo <[2>yeah and it's <{><[>AMAZING MAZING the so <.>c the <.>so the so called the so called intelligent people that say oh but <.>there's it would er er wouldn't it <.>w go out the door the water? er but even my own laughs my own limited intelligence told me that there must be some <[>i could do with a plughole in my laundry floor couldn't i oh they grade the floor <.>sp yes i know yeah but you've no idea the people that have said that to me but i wouldn't have well you just have to make sure that the plug hole doesn't get blocked tut oh it's a pretty big one you'd see if it got blocked <&>pronounced blowed in fact if i want to get build it up a little bit so my feet stand in it i just put my flannel over it and get enough water <{><[>to sort of yes after i've soaked my feet laughs <[>oh so that your feet word but you can take your shower <&>19:00 head off can't you and and word <{><[>word <[>i never bother it's a bit high for <{><[>me to be word in <[>but but you <{><[>just is that <[>yeah you can do it yeah is that the thing you got in there actually a seat? yeah well is so you could <{><[>actually sit on that <[>it's waterproof so yeah you could sit on that and squirt your feet if you so yes <{><[>if i desired yeah <[>desired mm i find that's quite good even just to hang onto to though i've got voc rails and they're really made it yeah a marvellous feature word cos those sorts of features <{><[>can don't get in anybody else's way <[>mm NO <&>19:30
