young cos these ones were only three and four yeah <,> they look quite happy considering <{><[>the weather and stuff <[>mm and they didn't get tired it <.>w it was quite lucky actually mm i took a bag counsellor production assistant and costumes your job to counsel girls in dorm assist in all areas of production stage manager costume costume shop assistant props <,,> <&>13:00 we <{><[>look forward they write letters home and that they're all being good and they get to bed on time and they're not homesick and just <{2><[2>sort of being their friend really <[1>yeah <[2>yeah yeah yeah and <,> oh we get one day off a week tut and what can you <{><[>can you really do much <[>um well it's um in that other <,> oh there's another pamphlet around a white <,,><&>3 oh <,,> here here you are <{><[>um it says oh some things that you can do like <,,><&>5 um <,,> oh it just says <&>14:00 it's located in the middle of the catskill mountains in new york state this area is rural and lusciously green scattered with tiny lakes and resorts and yet we're the only we are only two and one half hours from the excitement of new york city <[><&>yawns laughs one half <{><[>hours <[>yeah but <.>ha i mean half your day'd be gone by the time you get there tut um <,> no not really mm um oh no cos when we go we can go for a whole day like leave that morning and come back the next morning so you've <{><[>got the whole twenty four hours not just twelve hours mm but it's got <.>h um you can go to bear mountain state park <[>OH that's all right i just thought you yeah laughs look for yogi bear laughs and the famous woodstock colony and that <{><[>there's buses <[>oh HEY are they are they little birds <{><[><.>woodst oh not like um <[>what no yeah woodstock <{><[>you know that um <[>oh no cos why's woodstock called woodstock i don't know oh laughs <&>15:00 i thought that might be <{><[>a type of bird <[>you know both laugh <{1><[1>some colony and you go no i know what woodstock is <[>hey you'll see the statue of liberty mm you'll have to take a photo of it for us okay laughs i'll send you lots of postcards <{><[>lots of letters yeah but voc what else does it say oh here here <.>w here's that bit about <[>yeah clears throat that bit five separate <.>thea <{><[>theatres <[>theatres five dance studios mm two television studios and they also do cos i thought that it would be all drama but they've actually got um sport activities like <{><[>basketball <[>yeah but it says non er <{><[>noncompetitive yeah <[>noncompetitive mm but that's what it should be i mean the other camps don't do competitive sport <&>16:00 oh yeah cos it's not it's for it's more for participation than for being the best <,,> mm every stage door boy or girl is in a show at all times every musical and dance performer may appear at a resort hotel yeah they do shows um and they take them round to cos it's in a big sort of resort area yeah so <.>th i think they take them did you see our campus performing on nightline no laughs acclaimed by ted kopell and steven borg <{><[>okay who cares <,,><&>3 and here's it goes um where that where else what other parts of the world they come from canada caribbean england france greece israel africa and latin america <,,><&>4 <[>mm laughs frequently recommended to stage door by prominent actors writers teachers agents and <&>17:00 word so they have
