<.>about no no <{><[>i mean well you know he was always always a bit of <.>a bit of a dork really and you know quite hard to get on with <.>and <[>i reckon yeah i hear he <.>has in the habit of throwing chairs and things at people well yeah i mean <.>he <{><[>he's you know <[>voc was it you no no he didn't throw any chairs at me but <{><[>you know it's <.>just just a bit of a um i don't know he's a bit of a fascist sometimes <&>1:00 you know <[>laughs yeah mm he used to mock anna to death didn't he he used to mock everybody to <{1><[1>death really really except um oh including rob of course <{2><[2>you know <[1>everybody <[2>oh of course laughs mm did he mock you to death dan well we went on this trip to hawaii with the choir <.>an and you know <{><[>word <[>oh yeah i heard about that and um and <.>mo <.>me me and george singleton we sort of you were <{><[>naughty boys yes laughs <[>and we sort <.>of we sort of went off and er sort of had a rendezvous with the local choir word or something and um <&>makes disapproving noise and you know got back and he just burnt us and yeah didn't <{1><[1>gary do that too or was it <{2><[2>word <[1>mm <[2>oh gary's bound to have gary was <{><[>like even later than us gary and george were like inhales you know they were out much later than us <[>word wicked did he <.>kill did he kill all the fish or was that <{><[>a rumour i heard john <.>was <[>yeah well on <.>the <.>on on the last day he poured fruit loops out the window and like and all the fish died <{1><[1>in the fishpond <{2><[2>it's quite funny really but i <.>had i had a much better time when we went with like the secondary students choir really just <[1>laughs <[2>word oh right when we'd <.>just we'd just like <&>2:00 come in you know turn round and we'd just go out again and <{><[>you know and be out all night you know sniffs and just go shopping till we dropped <.>and you know <[>yeah that's cool oh cool oh george was in that too wasn't he um tut yeah george was in that we had a wild <,> <{1><[1><.>wild WILD time he was in my room i think and we were er it was funny it's funny <{2><[2><.>one one <.>time oh <[1>word <[2>i saw you on television once actually did <.>you were you singing with the choir in auckland or <{><[>somewhere in some church <[>yeah yeah t v three no <{><[>oh yeah yeah no it was is in some church that's right <[>no it wasn't on tv three cos we don't have wasn't on t v three cos we don't have that and i go oh there's <{><[>dan <[>word speaking of throwing fruit loops off <.>one one night we were bored and we <.>just we just biffed these cups of water off the balcony like <{1><[1>we <.>hit we hit some guys like a few floors a minute about six floors below <{2><[2>and they came came up and started knocking on the <{3><[3>door and me and <.>macca and <.>geo george goes oh you'd better go away <{4><[4>or i'll call security you know <[1>yeah <[2>laughs <[3>laughs <[4> oh i've got my <.>re yeah it was a bit of um oh word it was <.>quite it's quite <{><[>funny <[>yeah it's cool did you stay in the same hotel yeah oh no we stayed in a much better one the second time tut oh the first one was just your cheap anderson budget deal oh but <{><[>it's school <[>you know but um the second one was <&>3:00 just it's rad it's <.>got it's just huge we had this <{><[>word <[>like them big swimming pool <.>and yeah but never used it you know you always went to the beach instead oh that's cool mm mm the shopping was grouse they had this huge shopping centre <,> <{><[>where you can make your <.>own <[>tut oh cool yeah that was that big one <.>d have you seen the video or word island yeah yeah <.>th the school there yeah cos it <.>was it's FUNNY that i think i might have a copy at home somewhere but <,> um i don't think i ever watched it and if i did i <.>was it <.>was i don't know i wasn't conscious or something laughs inhales yeah played sam on saturday night laughs yeah you forget about that <{><[>sam but anyway <[>laughs yeah you do um how about you have you sort of done much travelling um no i only went to australia <,> about form two and that was kind <.>of to stay with <.>my um my aunt so that was a bit <{><[>exciting <.>i i've <.>gone we've done the south island and stuff but nowhere <,> amazing <[>right <&>4:00 <,,> <{><[>yeah word <[>tut oh have you done like some music tours like actual music groups mm? have you done sort of any out of school music groups oh not lately though i've been too busy what about you were <.>in you were in the wellington youth choir <.>for OH i remember that that was <{><[>funny <[>you had a wild time <{1><[1>if you like laughs <{2><[2>laughs <[1>that was really cool <[2>ha ha moira smith she's gone now hasn't she oh <{><[>yeah apparently <[>she's <.>got what's his name michael richards yeah i think so apparently he's a lot word er george <.>is george is still in the choir oh is he speaking of george george and matthew <{><[><.>donaldson <[>what's he done to his eye anyway <{><[>i saw saw word <[>oh oh oh oh george <.>and george and some friends <.>and and er hodds took off to <.>hamilt took off to auckland for the weekend oh right <{><[>to see what <[>to <.>see to <.>crash to crash andrew's ball <.>and and like <{1><[1><.>they they wore their tuxes from friday right through till sunday <{2><[2>you know they didn't get out of their tuxes they like <.>w went all over town in these tuxedos <{3><[3>and um and they stopped at these they stopped at these traffic lights at hamilton or something and george got out to harass the car in front or something but he got back and like the light was green and <&>5:00 he tried to dive through the window but smacked <.>the like hodds had like put the window half up <{4><[4>laughs so he got a black eye yeah <{5><[5>word <[1>oh really <[2>laughs <[3>oh classic <[4>oh for heavens <[5>oh yeah that's typical it was quite funny though i mean <.>they they just <.>slipped you know they went into shops and stuff and you know in tuxedos and <{><[>during the day and stuff <[>yeah voc went around and they stopped off at this gas station on the way up and everyone thought they were bit of bulls and then they came back and everyone just thought they were you know <{><[>really word still at school no <[>even dorkier oh <{><[>no <[>it's quite funny now but andrew's down here now isn't he i don't know <.>whether i saw him yesterday <.>with is oh well maybe he's on a break oh i think rachael said that um <,> that <.>her his father's sick isn't he i don't know is that right mm damn voc that's <.>pretty cos they're not <.>on gary comes down when two weeks before us i think is that right yeah otago had that like they had three weeks <.>b and only one of them overlapped <.>with oh our holidays start on the twentieth don't they august yeah about then man can't wait what are you gonna do um don't know <.>whether i mean the band's <&>6:00 playing every weekend in august so oh cool gnarly er clash i hope oh right <.>gnarly gnarly's <.>got gnarly mouskouri's got one last gig um oh in hamilton oh we've <.>got we've got two gigs coming up we've been invited to play at this thing called ocean harvest up in coromandel oh cool over new years and some kind of <&>background noise through rest of utterance word y f c word that'll be rad mm <,,> tut yeah and um yeah it's also we're playing like we're playing on thursday week so that's nightclub we haven't rehearsed yet oh no and we're like night <.>after the night after we're going up to hamilton right <&>obscured by noise word to see your friend laughs well no to play at a ball but um i guess you could say to see my friend as well yeah oh that's cool what ball is it um fraser high so how many <.>che <.>did <.>d is someone organising it <{><[>organising <[>mm <.>this this babe that i know <.>she's she goes to er <{><[>word <[>babe oh god <&>7:00 word laughs um she goes to fraser high coughs and she arranges it there she said will you guys please come and play for us and we said yeah sure so um of course <{><[>anything for you babe <[>we'll go up there we'll go up there in the van and come back word but <.>we'll you know me and richard will stay the whole weekend oh <.>g how is he is he still working in the bank yeah he's making tons of money i don't <{><[>know about you know six hundred bucks a fortnight type thing inhales he's got about you know five grand saved up to buy a car or something <[>oh oh cool you know stacks of money he's always just been casual <{><[>word he's rad <[>yeah mm and how's chris is he still there um yeah it's <.>all it's all pretty <.>full full on we spent the weekend um doing some recording oh right word four track <,> it's quite interesting mm and um and the babes were <{><[>we word <[>bloody exciting we were out sailing in the bay of islands then and all of a sudden this fish with wings jumps out of the water oh <.>i laughs and he <.>start and he starts flying round in the boat laughs laughs and <{><[>oh it's true though it's true <[>word story word make you an idiot there is such a thing as flying fish yes they're not normally seen in the bay of islands but there was just one of them <.>j came up sort of you know <{><[>flew <.>through <[>do you still have your yacht yeah it's down er it's down at the marlborough sounds at the <{><[>moment <[>yeah i <{><[>wish we hadn't sold sold ours i'm so annoyed <[>mm oh well <.>they see my parents sold it you know if my parents could sell OURS they probably <&>9:00 would <.>but tut cos they need the cash but <{><[>you know <[>mm to pay off the debts but er <,> <{><[>tut but it's hard to sell so <[>yeah word i <.>think i think i'll buy a yacht and sail to greece that sounds pretty cool well that's what THEY wanted to do <.>a although apparently mediterranean's pretty polluted yeah like you know greece and this sure it's nice and sunny except that it's just like you know hideous and polluted yeah i guess you have to pick well must be a mint place to go though mm <,> would be cool i know it would be laughs yeah but um but anyway back to my flying fish no i've <{><[>finished that story haven't we
