twenty past six i thought yeah yeah get there early and you know and everything really on to it and inhales and then we like <.>get and i lifted your amp into the boot and then he put his keys just on the little ledge inside his car and then he slammed the boot and he goes oh no and i've told him before that he should have a spare set <{1><[1>cut but he goes oh no it will never happen to me cos last time he had his um keys locked in the car it was ME that did it cos we <{2><[2>were at the fish and chip shop and i said and he left his keys in the ignition and then i decided i wanted to go into the fish and chip shop and see him and then i inhales like i was very you know when laughs when we were kids we were always taught you gotta lock the car before you leave <{3><[3>so i locked all the doors and <&>3:00 everything and so the um yeah so i locked his keys in there and so i told him he needed a spare key in the <.>place <.>sec <{4><[4>spare set but he didn't you know and then the other night i know what happened to me <[1>mm <[2>yeah <[3>yeah laughs <[4>he does tut tut it's just he doesn't trust you that's all cos he knows that you'll get a hold of it and oh <{><[>yeah <[>take it for a burn you reckon mhm inhales um anyway so yeah it was about twenty five past six and so voc ted went and got a coat hanger but <.>that that wasn't working very well so inhales i rang richard and he said oh er he probably wouldn't be able to help he wouldn't know what to do and then i rang rick and he'd just walked out of the door and i thought oh no so <.>we inhales ted kept trying and scraping all this paint off the inside of his <{><[>car oh man it was really awful and then and then at about twenty to seven i thought i'll ring terry and i KNEW terry'd be able to do it <[>oh no yeah and but er see he lived in maungaraki so he had <.>to you know it took him fifteen minutes to get over here oh tut so then he came and he just he took about three minutes and <&>sound of door being unlocked up it went no worries inhales <{><[>so yeah <[>laughs so not <{><[>yes that sort of thing cos ted's normally VERY reliable <[>mm well it was word your <{><[>AMP it was your amp that was the problem <[>word <&>4:00 tut oh thanks a <{><[>lot <[>yeah we if we hadn't been lifting your amp into the um car you know well i <.>i won't ask any favours from <{><[>YOU any more that's for sure just record as much as we can and do it as good as we can and then like pick out what's good <{><[>enough and <[>yeah and THEN what're you gonna do with it and then they'll probably just um copy some <&>10:00 off and and just like use it as a demo tape <{1><[1>if you want if you want to play at a club or something you just give them <.>the your tape or if <{2><[2>it's a bit like a reference
