um petone? or was it <{><[>parrot and jigger <[>word no no it's station bar <.>and this was like there was <{1><[1>a door to <.>a a shopping area or something with a whole bunch of restaurants and miscellaneous bits and pieces um <{2><[2>i <.>d <[1>that's something i was gonna offer you <[2>that's out there in the same complex isn't it where the parrot and jigger is it could be but it just wasn't the parrot and jigger <{1><[1>this was the <{2><[2>station bar and grill <[1>mm <[2>yeah it's right next door yeah and it had sort of an inside place and word <{1><[1>type thing <,,> yeah so we went we went you know all had teams picked and we got coloured tee shirts <{2><[2>for the team i got a red one red one i <.>like i <{3><[3>haven't had a red one before <[1>mm <[2>mhm <[3>mm mm i didn't get one in the end you didn't get one but you asked yeah but it doesn't look like i'm gonna get one <&>5:00 who's <.>go who didn't drink their coffee that's probably my coffee actually <{><[>be cold <[>but since you but i've got wine and it's still quite hot oh tut we were at um the malthouse tut on the tuesday <{><[>YOU GOT INTO THE MALTHOUSE? <.>i <.>i <[2>he put it out <.>to yeah good question he put it out to rent then found out that there'd been a big leak and so everything was mouldy and damp and <&>8:00 really gross and he'd JUST found out yeah that was like <.>the like a day before i found it at the letting centre um so he decided to rip everything out and start from scratch but at that stage thought he could get it done within two weeks ha ha ha did he employ the same people that came and painted this house all laugh three months later yes well it's not going to be QUITE three months but yeah there <.>w they found more problems as they went along the tradesmen <{><[>said there's <[>you do that in places like that create a <{1><[1><.>s <.>s surface <{2><[2>level <[1>yeah <[2><.>t take the walls off <{><[>and all of a sudden you discover <[>that's the last thing to go in a circle <{1><[1>and the last thing you found out like the piles go and the <{2><[2>beams go <[1>laughs yeah basically they <.>knock <[2>it's just it's just it's just like a mechanic though you know you take a <.>qu car in <{1><[1>there your car's got a broken headlight or something and you take it along <{2><[2>and they say inhales <[1>oh yeah <[2>when we were there we <{1><[1>also fixed the such and such <{2><[2>and of course once we removed that we found a whole LOT of problems <[1>yeah <[2>basically they ripped the roof out and they ripped the WALLS out yeah yeah you have to have a new <{><[>crankshaft and this yes <[>they ripped the carpet out right back down to the concrete floor so <.>the they they've started from a bare shell yeah it's basically <{1><[1>just the um <{2><[2>framework house <[1>yeah <[2>well just think how whizzy and new it's gonna be <{><[>then <[>exactly <{><[>that is the only yeah <[>that's what i say that's why it's got really good promise <{><[>that be very nice <[>that's the only reason why i've stuck with it is <&>9:00 because the rent is cheap and because it should be really <{><[>good once it's <[>how much are you going to pay eighty five the <{><[>rent is cheap yeah at the moment <[>wow that's pretty good for a bedsit <{1><[1>it's <.>ha it's really difficult to get <{2><[2>them for under a hundred <{3><[3>so <[1>yeah <[2>no hope <[3>actually it's actually it's a really good promise i reckon by the time it's done up nicely yeah <{1><[1>because it would it'll be really nice and clean and it should be really <{2><[2>dry <[1>oh <[2>not for the first party we have for a house warming that's the one yeah don't have <{><[>word <[>soon trash it exactly <{><[>bring along your spray can <[>yeah whoohoo but he says i can back out of the deal at any time <&>9:24
