no <{><[>word <[><&>next three utterances addressed to child yes i did anna got the prize no anna got the prize for that was what that's <&>23:00 what anna GOT the prize for well there was one other team <.>that that beat her just by one but there were two of them and only one of her so i gave her the prize laughs aren't you nice thank you laughs no i think that seems fair yeah yeah oh those <.>ga no she told me she had a really lovely time <{><[>so thank you very much <[>oh good yes no well it was lovely to have her mm yes kerry and i went away for the weekend tramping and while we were away we bought a house gasps you did what we bought a house yep gasps yeah we left our lawyer to go to an auction for us and he successfully <{><[>bought it for us <[>bought bought the house and you came back and found you <{1><[1>owned a new <{2><[2>house so which one is this <[1>yes <[2>yes yes we didn't know for a day and a half until we got back it's one in goodman terrace right but it's up the top end of goodman terrace and it's one of two we had our eyes on <{><[>actually and it's the nicer one <[>that's right you mentioned which we never thought we'd get cos we thought we couldn't afford it and we got it for a very good price oh <{><[>super <[>so we're just thrilled to bits oh when do you move in the middle of january and so now you have to sell yours absolutely <{><[>yes <[>laughs like anything <{><[>laughs <[>yes so as quickly as possible but of course <&>24:00 it's not a good time of year and i don't really expect <{1><[1>it to sell it much before the end of january <{2><[2>because we've got we're organising bridging finance and all that hideous stuff <[1>it's not a good time of year is it <[2>no no yeah yes <{><[>so <[>but kerry sold his so it's <{1><[1>not SO bad <{2><[2>mm oh oh well that's great <[1>yes <[2>no no that's why there's not quite so much hanging on it <{><[>yeah so we're really thrilled to bits <[>oh and you haven't had to settle on your other property yet have you no <{><[>no we haven't <[>so that's sort of yeah <{><[>so that's good <[>so that's all slammed off too mm and meanwhile it's still ours well that's all highly satisfactory <{><[>isn't it <[>yeah i'll say now for my christmas carol party will your children <.>p want to play any instruments tut i was <.>just <{><[>i mean if i get around to actually writing out some parts for silent night or something would they want to play it on the piano or on the recorder or on anything <[>oh they actually won't have <.>v very opportunity <.>to <{1><[1>learn anything because um i get them back on thursday night and on friday they say goodbye to simon and then we go out to waikanae and don't come <{2><[2>we won't be back here we won't come back yeah <[1>to practise <[2>come back until the party so it might be better if they just <{><[>sang and they wouldn't mind that if they just came and sang <[>i think probably if they just sing they'd be very happy with that <&>25:00 okay well <.>that that's fine yeah <{><[>thank you <[>mm so that's all right <{><[>i haven't <[>they might play NON christmas things if they feel <{><[>like it but word <[>if <.>th that's right <,> it's maria's <{><[>ACTUAL birthday today <[>they <.>c i think they can still <{><[>remember good king wencelas from last year <[>word on the piano?
