andrea hi hello hey i thought i'd just call and tell you that gary did call me for valentine's day oh that's nice all the way from a restaurant in kyoto <{><[>just to say happy valentine's day <[>oh yeah word word did it remind him of you laughs <{><[>laughs <[>sorry no i don't think so cos he said it was really big over there and he just thought he'd call me and say happy valentine's day oh that's nice that was nice wasn't it yeah anyway sorry i wasn't very coherent this afternoon i was just quite tired <{><[>i actually fell asleep for ages and ages after i talked to you <[>that's all right what i actually fell asleep for ages and ages after i talked to you aha yeah been wearing your little self out oh i must be working too hard i don't know anyway so the things <.>on the word on next week is it yeah yeah but you're not going cos you're going camping yeah as far as <.>i you know with <.>in going right yeah i don't know cos i thought that it would be <.>i i was sort of quite keen to go <{><[>but i was quite keen to go also because i thought it would be a good chance for me to see steve cos i hardly ever see steve <[>yeah yeah and i <.>w probably won't see him a lot until before i go away anyway so yeah <&>12:00 so i don't know if i'll go just by myself that could be a bit sort of yeah i didn't know if you <.>knew knew the friends of bev well i don't know i'll find out i've got my spanish class <{1><[1>this week on wednesday but it could be a bit daunting to go you know with all the people i <{2><[2>don't know <,> anyway <[1>yeah <[2>yeah so anyway that's <.>what oh we can't really organise the weather you know laughs no you can't really organise the weather unfortunately you're probably going camping next weekend it'll be pouring with rain the entire <{><[>weekend <[>oh we won't go camping then they won't have the word laughs sorry though one thing they're quite good at is they had the meat organised to pick up today so they'll have to bring it up <{><[>from the butcher <[>oh next week that's right oh right the butcher gave them an account word i presume oh i see i see what you're talking about now oh that's quite good otherwise you sort of end up with this huge piece <.>of piece of sheep <{><[><.>and <[>that won't fit in the freezer <{><[>laughs <[>yeah which you just chop up and throw away or chop up and put in the freezer or whatever yeah <&>13:00 i don't know <,> anyway so how are your preparations going for your camping oh well we put the tent up and took it down aha <{><[>yeah sorry <[>word david i mean david did really and steve took it down and then um tut david had a look at all the cookers and decided they're a bit annoying i think but he had a really good look at them laughs yeah but i don't know if they were going when they were last checked or not or <.>whether oh well they've been sitting there for about <.>oh yeah but i have no idea if they um tut <.>were okay before or <.>whether tut yeah whether <{><[>they've just sort of died from <.>m <.>n nonuse <[>word whether they couldn't get repaired so <.>they what did he use instead of the bottle <,> the bottle? for the fuel the one that we couldn't find yesterday i don't know oh the one that he was looking at word fuel pump oh i don't know cos he was looking for that bottle and we couldn't find it the one that we that we thought we put on the shelf underneath the bench oh probably for the fuel <&>14:00 sorry? probably cos it had kerosene in it did it have kerosene in it whatever it had in it oh cos i don't remember having anything in it i thought it was just an empty bottle <{><[>word <[>he might have been looking for it for what was inside it i'm surprised though the fact that <.>it that <.>it i <.>thought i thought it was part of the thing like you just had that bottle filled up and you stuck it next to the machine one of the cookers had two elements in it and it seemed to have <.>a a copper oh copper bottle at the back aha or brass something like that kind of yellowy colour yeah probably brass <.>and yeah <,> i don't know <,> anyway the one that my dad used to have the one that seemed to be a bit annoying too <&>15:00 and the only one that seemed to be working one was the one with the word that i had for tramping that i'd never <.>actually used <{><[>by yourself <[>word yeah john had always cooked with it you know <{><[>so i hadn't had to think about it i hadn't cooked word that hungry laughs <[>yeah yeah nothing too arduous i don't know and are you all going to sleep in that tent no <{><[>we've got the bunks and steve will probably take his tent <[>mm? that white little wee tent yeah i suppose it's not too bad at all <,> and what are you going to sleep on are the <.>kid the other <.>k the other two get the bunks do they do <{><[>ian and michelle get the bunks <[>mm the lilo <.>and <{><[>i don't know <[>i don't know i don't know sounds really uncomfortable to me got some more stretchers here but yeah i don't know i don't know i shouldn't be so negative should i they're probably very nice <{><[>word <[>but you are your mother's daughter yeah so what would you expect not to pick up <{><[>some trait <[>got to pick up some characteristics don't i hey i'm not all bad i <.>do i do think of things positively sometimes at least you're relatively negative <&>16:00 yeah perhaps you're offering constructive criticism yeah perhaps it's that i'm just voc <.>thinking <{><[>thinking it through there we go thinking things through yeah that's what <.>ca that's what the fun of camping is have you got a tarpaulin to put on the ground <[>yeah um <{><[>i think <.>david's david's got your tarpaulin <[>cos we've <.>got oh that's where it is cos <{><[>i was going to say we've got a big tarpaulin somewhere but we don't know where <[>it might be quite wet there no david uses it sometimes like if people want to move their things and use a covering and things like that yeah <.>and use it in <.>the in the truck and um i don't know if mike went to nana's or not because i left his present there thought i had it mike went to nana's yesterday yeah in the morning to do some gardening yeah cos i called jessie in the afternoon to wish mike a happy birthday makes sense er called word to wish him happy birthday but he wasn't there <{><[>so i talked to jessie and jessie said they'd been up there gardening in the morning <[>mm mm <&>17:00 tut and rob rang after nana but he'd gone out to the club last night and he <{><[>went out and played touch today <[>oh no that <.>will he's got to run round after nana to pay back for upsetting her earlier in his lifetime <{><[>laughs <[>yeah somewhere along those lines i think nana quite likes having them around anyway and her garden's been a bit <.>wrecked neglected lately but i <{1><[1>wouldn't trust myself to do her garden cos i'd probably muck it up tut you know pull out a plant <{2><[2>which <.>loo <[1>yeah <[2>well i'd say probably mike was equally good trick to do that <.>but laughs i know maybe <.>mike's mike's got broader shoulders than i have i couldn't well maybe he's a boy so she would have word so much yeah wouldn't want to incur nana's wrath anyway so yeah oh he talks about things too so nana will enjoy that <{><[>laughs <[>yeah that's true when she wants something fixed straight away she gets david cos mike talks about things and talks about <.>i <.>it quite a bit before he actually does it she said <{><[>laughs <[>yeah yeah i don't know cos um whereas david's a man of fewer words and works <{><[>laughs <[>yeah he just does things without thinking about it but sometimes i think she wants to talk about it a lot so when she does she calls him yeah <,> i don't know anyway <&>18:00 but her garden's probably been doing quite well with all the weeds and all the rain and that yeah well i was up mowing our lawn today and it's quite long tut and i tidied <.>down i chopped down two trees yesterday <{><[>down the side of the house <[>oh you awful woman what trees were they <{><[>word <[>they were the ones that grow down the side of the house that were blocking out all the light to the bathrooms oh yeah so i chopped them down they just happened to selfsow themselves there and <{1><[1>they weren't very big and they were just <.>like one was just one of those macrocarpa ones the ones with those shiny <{2><[2>leaves which is the hedge so i chopped that down which has sort of grown under the house anyway so it wasn't a very good place for it to grow tut and the other was a weed and it was like one of those weeds that grow really quickly into a really big sort of thing <[1>yeah <[2>yeah cannabis <{><[>laughs word laughs <[>no it wasn't that mum asked me that mum asked me that and i said no no it's not that mum laughs don't think it was no but um <.>it i don't know what it was it was sort of <{><[>it's really quite strange <[>it'd be a good place to grow dope cos it's not very visible there yeah i don't know it's really quite <{1><[1>strange what it was and now i've cut down the tree it's heaps more visible there but <{2><[2>anyway <&>19:00 now i've cut down the tree that was in front of it it's heaps more visible down the side <{3><[3>but um i have to borrow doug's lawn mower at some <{4><[4>stage and mow down the side <[1>laughs <[2>what <[3>yeah <[4>so you can still mow down there or is there still junk down there <.>or <{><[>word <[>oh you can mow down there now but i can't mow with the hand mower yeah cos it's too tall so i thought i might get the um other mower i've got to borrow doug's sometime and mow it <{><[>word <[>oh that useless piece of shit it drives me NUTS cos he never delivers anything yeah who doug never delivers his amway <{><[>stuff to you you probably the only customer he's got <[>yeah no his other customers have been ringing up and moaning too cathryn said oh classic and cathryn's like i don't want to get involved oh i've got word how useless he is really laughs yeah well it's fair enough too i mean he took it on <.>it's he wanted to do it we all sort of tried to convince him not to no i rang him up and left a message that it was HIS fault that pam had to look at ugly face every day <{><[>laughs <[>yeah oh so i hope he takes it exTREMELY seriously <{><[>he hasn't word <&>20:00 <[>oh i doubt it somehow andrea what i doubt it laughs <.>what have you ever know doug to take anything seriously and um i have to go down to the supermarket and buy washing powder on its own cos he never delivers it oh tut yeah he's useless he's got to get his act together otherwise i might get grumpy at him yeah and you might stop buying the stuff and then he'll really be in trouble no i think i've got to keep buying it just to make his life pure hell oh that's awful laughs just to piss him off you'll keep buying it well it probably won't piss him off if you keep buying it he's got all these grandiose ideas about making lots of money <.>but pardon he's got all these grandiose ideas of making lots of money but he's been too busy playing tennis that's what it is yeah well he might be better at selling amway than he is at playing tennis <&>20:42
