is give me a photocopy of the title page yeah from <.>the um from the valuation reports right i'll just ask him if he's prepared to do that so i can get my solicitor just to check the titles for me yeah <,> so i thought i might do that tomorrow morning <{><[>to do <[>just ask him then for a copy of the valuation <,> or er <,> are they <.>with with the valuers who did the valuation and er <{><[>er <[>so that my solicitor can ring him yeah yeah even if you have to pay to get a copy yeah he won't give me the valuation figure <,> before the auction yeah well he MIGHT well he might if i asked but i don't know <.>if i <&>29:00 don't think he will cos he was saying on the phone the other day that he couldn't reveal the valuation figure oh yeah but um <,,> anyway <.>just just say they told you to go to another branch <,> you go to featherston street laughs to get the mortgage yeah yeah oh <,> the thing is i might have to pay for a valuation anyway and that's will <.>also will ask <.>what what i want to sort out with him am i going to be charged a figure for a valuation that's right because if i AM i want to get hold of a valuer tomorrow and tell him to go in and value it for me mm so that I pay for a valuation report yeah that i actually have rather than paying for a valuation report that i never see that's the one that's what i'm going to say to him yeah yeah <,,> so
