sunday and then i'll start ringing around myself and chasing people i've had interest had somebody from palmerston north good um ringing today but we don't know whether we've got any travel money yet no no so yeah i mean i think is <.>it it's the sort of thing that will also breed more bookings i think <{><[>if people see things <[>i'm sure once you get it all under way and people start talking about it it's <{><[>always the way you know the grape vine works <[>yeah yeah at least this is going the whole year so hopefully it <{><[>will for some people it's too for some people it's too expensive for some organisations <[>yeah yes um and yet we really can't do it any cheaper well what do <.>c what are you charging four fifty for a half hour performance yes it is quite a lot really know to get it all started <{5><[5>and rolling um <.>le <.>le anyway let me go back a little bit before <{6><[6>that <.>w um annabelle's been checking out venues and REALLY there IS nothing else <[1>mm <[2>mm <[3>yeah <[4>yes <[5>yes <,> yes <[6>yeah no so we HAVE to change the date right so um saint peter's who was the person you contacted at saint <{><[>peter's <[>saint patrick's saint pat's <{><[>i mean <[>yeah <.>I look i just talked <.>to i guess to the administrator i mean <.>i i didn't FEEL there was any need to go anywhere beYOND that and i got the very competent woman who's obviously probably the school secretary or something <&>20:00 right who checked all the bookings for me and gave me an indication of what the fee was so that's who i talked to essentially right well i think we've got to voc do what you suggested and change the date right um we've been through quite a few venues and they're just <.>not either not big enough or not clean enough or <{><[>just not central enough <.>g and <.>th we were talking about taking it into centre city and we thought that would inhales er go against what we were trying to do in the suburbs <[>right right yeah seems right <.>t <.>s to do it in the suburbs <.>still i'd <.>be i'd be keen for us to hold with that if we can right well it seems <.>we we go back to saint pat's <.>it's seems to be what it is and we'll get it they go back twenty fourth of may <,> so and <.>what's that's a monday isn't it would <.>you voc would you advise it to be held during the holidays no <.>so no i don't think we should i think we should do it during term time because if we want people THERE we want it when they can organise things and um <.>i i don't think we should do it in the holidays at all right so that would mean <.>is isn't that twentieth <.>of no no no queen's birthday weekend is the seventh of june right that monday so it would be best to avoid that weekend and try and go for the may date <,,> tut so what we might be looking at then is saturday the twenty ninth of may or if not the following <,,> june the twelfth yes <,> yes either june the twelfth or may twenty nine i might just <.>ring er before i go <.>and and book that i hope i've got <.>s <.>i'm try tomorrow morning i might just try joan to see if she knows if there are any ballet exams that would clash that would be a good idea <,> yes <[2>right right well in that they could um <,> tut possibly well they yeah very likely help with the advertising <{1><[1>that would be their main thrust um and <.>i she wasn't quite sure when the community arts worker would come on board but it sounded like it might be a bit too late for us <,> except that they were meant to one of their jobs is meant to be the um tut the alpha street the <.>t taki er taki <{2><[2>rua um street <{3><[3>carnival <[1>yes <[2>taki rua <[3>oh street carnival thing mm <&>24:00 but um amy said well we could probably apply for five hundred dollars she would talk to <,> tut <.>i <.>i don <,> stone yeah you met him did you yes i did and then she subsequently dropped me around an application form <,> um that voc <.>y have to <.>try apply for five hundred dollars well i mean <.>w we fit within their categories yes well why don't we do that that will get us off the ground anyway that's what i thought i mean <.>it <.>would and i'd be prepared to voc do two weeks work <,> for that okay well if we gave you the five hundred bucks and you decided that <.>you i mean and if they'll help us with advertising yeah i <.>think i mean <.>th there's actually a bit of work just to do the application and you know <{><[>what these guys are like <[>i know i know you've got to work out the budget and everything I can't get on to that until after <.>i word this <.>u until next week no well that's all right we've got time there's no <.>particular we've got time guideline but um well look let's see if we can put in for five hundred cos i agree we do need a bit of a float <{><[>some time into it <[>great well that would be great if they <.>c if they can do that tut so um i mean i just thought i'd just run that by you <.>if if i try and put that grant in and see if we get that yep we went you know we sort of did a short list of everyone around wellington and i mean most people are in our position i mean <{><[>either they've got so much work to do that they don't WANT to do or they're <[>i know i know desperate to get money you <{><[>know for um employment <[>yes exactly <,> yes yes i know i know well look i think <.>i it's still worth pursuing i think we
