These fonts are based on the Public Domain ETL Cyrillic and Greek
fonts, with minor modifications to add accented characters.

They can be used as is, by invoking

  xset fp+ $ECI_ROOT/lib/fonts/X11
  xset fp rehash

Only the 16-point versions are particularly lovely, however.

You can use the X11 utility bdftosnf to convert the fonts to snf form,
and add them to your own local font directory, then mkfontdir and
rehash.
